Easy Brownie Cinnamon Rolls

These brownie cinnamon rolls are made with brownie mix and refrigerated cinnamon rolls for a quick baked dessert. They’re easy to prepare and best served warm.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package Pillsbury Grands cinnamon rolls
  • 10 ounce package brownie mix
  • 1 egg
  • cup vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the brownie mix, egg, and vegetable oil until blended.
  3. Unroll the cinnamon roll dough on floured parchment paper and spread with brownie batter
  4. Roll up the dough, slice into rolls, and place on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake until cooked through, then ice while warm and drizzle with melted chocolate.

  • Make-ahead tip: These rolls can be baked earlier in the day and reheated briefly before serving. Add the icing and chocolate drizzle just before serving if you prefer a fresher look.
